EIX Consulting International was founded in February 2004, initially based out of Melbourne, Australia. It later moved to Malaysia and has since been based there.

In the short time since its inception, the company has successfully undertaken many major projects throughout the world. Projects include a mega-yacht, international hotels, blue-chip commercial projects, very large commercial projects (with 50+ Crestron processors) as well as working with a veritable who’s-who within the residential arena.

EIX is an unusual programming house. It attained Crestron Certification in 2005 and became the first CAIP (Crestron Authorized Independent Programmer) in Asia-Pacific region. EIX offers a lifetime warranty on its code, and all bug-fixes are done on-the-house (excluding travelling expenses), although we typically get our code correct 99-100% to begin with. We also provide source code either on the house or at an additional 10% of the programming cost.

In order to achieve the level of excellence we deliver, we have an extensive inventory of Crestron equipment. As of 2009, we have over 15 Crestron processors, 6 different touchpanel models as well as an entire office and residence fully fitted out in order to fully test our programs before delivery.
